Our first stay on the Island was in November 2020, and we instantly fell in love. We couldn't stay away, and by May 2021 we were owners of our very own beach house! By the end of June we received our first 5 STAR short-term-rental review.

Our house is perfectly located in the quiet mid-beach area. The house is situated on a corner lot, on the bike path, just a short three block walk to the 8th street beach entrance, and two blocks in the other direction to the marsh.

The house boasts three bedrooms, plus a spacious bunk room, three bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, full laundry room, screened in porch, covered outdoor living room, picnic table and grill, three car parking, beach chairs, toys, towels, and even a beach cart.
